It's an ideal space for entertaining, allowing you to unwind in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the large ROKU TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a full family dinner, featuring a large kitchen island with four barstool seats that are perfect for morning coffee or socializing with the chef. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated dining area that comfortably seats six, providing plenty of room for group meals or game nights. If you are traveling for work, you will also appreciate the dedicated workstation set up for your convenience.

When it is time to rest, The Griffith comfortably accommodates your whole group with privacy in mind. Every single bedroom is equipped with its own ROKU TV, so everyone can wind down with their own entertainment. Two of the four bedrooms feature their own attached ensuite bathrooms complete with spacious walk-in showers. A third full bathroom ensures plenty of space and no morning bottlenecks for the rest of your group.

Location is everything, and this home is perfectly positioned. Step right outside your door to find yourself in the center of downtown Boise, just a short walk away from the city's best local restaurants, cozy coffee shops, boutique retail stores, and major downtown businesses. Plus, you can forget the hassle of downtown street parking—your stay includes a single-car garage located behind a secure, gated entrance for ultimate peace of mind.

House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.

• No more than 8 people may be on the property at any one time, with a maximum of 8 overnight guests. Any additional guests require prior approval.
• Please park only in front of the building, in the garage, or in the gravel "YOU ARE LOVED" lot on 16th and Grove St. Please do not block neighboring garage doors at any time.
  *Events or content creation activities of any kind—including baby showers, receptions, birthday parties, photo shoots, filming, and social media/video production—are not permitted. Unauthorized events or productions will result in a minimum $1,500 charge and immediate removal from the property. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
  *We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaners' schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not check out by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
  *This is a non-smoking house. A $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of ANY variety is found.
  *Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
  *NO PETS allowed. If any unauthorized pets are discovered, they will need to be immediately removed, and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
  *Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil-based makeup and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
  *If your stay is longer than 30 nights, linen service and more frequent cleanings are available if you would like.
  *Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
  *If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest, you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
