A 45-minute drive gets you to Bogus Basin Ski Resort, which now offers year-round outdoor activities. This freshly appointed and eco-friendly studio boasts a supremely comfortable queen bed, a meticulous and luxurious bathroom, space to relax or work, WiFi and Roku TV (moveable!), a compact-yet-mighty well-stocked kitchen with a convection/microwave/air fryer combination oven, two burner moveable stove-top and a built-in Multipure water filter. French doors that open to a fenced private patio area for relishing those tranquil outdoor moments. Green Spot shares a wall with the main house that is soundproofed for your privacy and has its own entrance and outside space. There are no laundry facilities onsite, but there are several options close by. This studio has received stellar reviews from both short- and longer-term guests! We welcome 1-2 well-behaved dogs, who can enjoy the fenced yard and Sunset Park's off-leash dog park 3 blocks away. Our dog fee is $42 per dog for the entire stay, regardless of the length of your stay. We currently do not allow cats. House Rules: *Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. *There cannot be more than 4 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 2 occupants overnight. *We do offer late check out and early check in for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really messes up our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay. *This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found. *Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion. *1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels).
