Perfect for working from home or traveling with one or two children. Ideal for visiting your BSU student and having a nice spot for them to spend the night. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking great meals which you can enjoy on a spacious dining room table. There is super-fast WIFI and large screen TV. This unit has a private backyard with a desk and bistro table where you can enjoy beautiful mornings and afternoons or dinner outside. This condo is so comfortable you won't want to leave! House Rules: *Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am. *There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight. *We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee.
