Most furnishings are new as of 2017 including beds, rugs, dining table, sofa and chairs. There are a few fun vintage pieces here and there. A quick walk to great coffee shops, restaurants and retail in Hyde Park - Hyde Perk is our favorite for breakfast/coffee and Hyde House for lunch and dinner. If you like (cow art in kitchen) Hyde and Seek Gift Shop is the place to go -- a wonderland of great gifts! Stroll to great coffee shops, restaurants, and retail in Hyde Park. Walk, bike, or drive in a few minutes to downtown. Nearby Elm Grove Park is perfect for younger kids and provides lots of shade in the summer months. Nearby Camel s Back Park is a local s favorite with playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts. Adjacent Hulls Gulch Camel s Back Reserve marks the entrance to the endless miles of hiking and biking trails of the Ridge to Rivers trail system. Other things to note *Ample street parking *There is a small set of stairs to get into the front or side door. Once inside there is one bedroom and one bathroom on the main level. The master bedroom suite is upstairs (1 flight). The 3rd bedroom and living room space with day bed and sofa bed are downstairs (1 flight). Hand House Rules: *Quiet Hours are between 9pm 8am. *There cannot be more than 9 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 9 occupants overnight. *We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner s schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. It won t invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors. *There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
